Web site automation is not as hard as you might
think and can very easily be accomplished with
inexpensive third party solutions that are as affordable
to the startup single person business as they are to a
well established multi national.
By automating the response system on your web
site, you will be ahead of 99% of your competitors and
will give your visitors the impression that they are
dealing with a much more substantial organisation - if
that's what you want to do.
Personally, I take great pride in being totally
self-sufficient, to the point where I have the time to
answer some of email personally, whilst leaving the
selling to an automated system.
One of the sites run is an advertising site for
landlords and residential rental agents. Although it's a
free-to-use site and isn't very pretty, it does give me a
constant revenue stream and I never have to change
anything or talk to anyone that uses the site.
