Income Streams
The concept of income streams might be new to
you, but on the Internet, it's relatively easy to create
multiple income streams over a period of time.
If you are stuck in a day job, then you might not have
considered the possibility of creating multiple income streams,
but it's really quite a simple concept. It's something I'd been
doing inadvertently since age 18, when, in addition to having
to a normal "day job", I also began working in bars and as a
pert time direct salesman in order to supplement my income.
On the Internet, my strategy is to create a
large number of web sites that generate some kind of
passive income.
Passive income means that I don't have to do
anything in order to get money from the web site, once
the initial work has been done in designing it and
loading it up. Once that's done, I more or less forget
about the site!
Lots of sites talk about creating passive income
and multiple income streams, but most are simply trying
to sell you an eBook or expensive (and usually worthless)
course that you'll never even read.
My own approach is a little different. I want to share the
information with you and I don't need paying for it.
In this section, I'll explain one or two things
that have worked very well for me for a couple of years
now and you should be able to replicate them
yourself with a little bit of effort and a lot of
determination.
The way I view the Internet is as a tool to earn
me money.
Each day presents another new business
opportunity - and by that, I mean it provides me with
ideas to make a few more Pounds - or in some cases,
Pennies.
Yes, I did mean Pennies.
Don't expect to build an overnight income stream
of hundreds or thousands of Pounds. Like life in the real
world, your income has to be built a Penny at a
time.
I'm fortunate in that I have already achieved
what many people dream of. I don't have to leave the
house to commute to work each day.
Instead, I spend a few hours at my PC looking
for new ideas and new income streams. At the same time,
my income keeps coming in from established sources, so
every new site I build, just adds to the stream of money
and just keeps getting bigger and bigger.
It doesn't matter if I take a day off sick, or
decide to take the family away for a month. The income
still comes in.
